Is there any point whatsoever to marriage if sex (aka procreation) isn't a marital duty?
In terms of whom to blame for divorce, the one refusing to have sex should 100% be the one. Unless she is post- menopause, then that dude better learn to cook, clean, and say yes mam if he wants some.

I’ve been generally on the fence about my opinion of no-fault divorce (lean towards it being a bad thing) but I have to admit, it does prevent stupidity like this ruling from happening.

Can someone post the French government’s list of the wife’s duties? Might as well see the husband’s too. It surely includes that the wife doesn’t have to shave her armpits or bathe regularly, and the man doesn’t have to possess balls.
