Sentencing wackjobs to life in prison is absurd.

Do really think this repugnant POS is even remotely concerned about ‘seeing the light of day as a free man?’

These crazies either kill themselves at the site of the carnage OR are completely and totally DELIGHTED to spend eternity in prison where they sit on their arse and get free food, free sex and drugs all paid for by you, the tax payer.

When the judge told him life in prison it was like telling a child you’re going to DisneyWorld. What utter utter fricking bullshite.

Personally. I would rather be killed than spend the rest of my life in a hotel suite without being able to leave so I couldn't imagine life in prison.

What would you suggest?

Some states do not have the death penalty. It’s the state’s right to decide whether they want the death penalty or not.

I agree. Prison is not enough of a deterrent for a lot of people anymore. Maybe prison conditions have gotten too soft? If they knew that they would spend 16 hours every single day turning big rocks into little rocks instead of watching TV in their air conditioned pods, maybe some would think twice.

Spending your life in solitary is worse than death. It's not the four seasons in there.

Interesting you listed anal rape as one of the benefits to being in prison.

This.

We have to be tougher on the criminals while in prison. they need to return to hard labor. Put those criminals to work. Hell its free labor.

What's better than one big rock? A bunch of little smaller rocks. Go have at it.

I’m fairly sure now days that judges put on this fiasco of a show and say stuff like that for clout.

I’m all for harsh punishments but frick your feelings and just sentence the guy. It’s not a reality tv show

You might want to read the Constitution. Figure out what a semicolon is for while you're at it.

It's a Hate Crime conviction. She just scored 1,000,000 clout points and thousands of votes with her little tirade.

Personally, I want a dispassionate Judge who rules without comment based on the law and facts.
