Assuming that you thought it through and decided that you wouldn't mind marrying her in the first place?

If you didn't see yourself wanting to marry her, would you do it anyways or is that like shooting yourself in the foot twice?

Why would you date someone a year you wouldn’t want to eventually marry?

ETA: I don’t understand dating just to date. Date because you like the long term future, or move on. With tinder and social media there’s never been a time easier to meet and frick the opposite sex. If you aren’t with someone you enjoy why wouldn’t you move on?

Here’s even more old school advice: if you are going to fornicate, don’t bone a woman you don’t plan on marrying

I did the military cliche of getting married too young and knocking her up

It gave me two wonderful sons but one HORRIBLE marriage. We stuck it out until age 30 then divorced.

The military indirectly incentivizes you to get married. More pay, better housing, and healthcare for spouses. Knock a girl up and it's easy to see marriage as a solution

OP's pullout game is weak. But seriously, there's not enough information to make a decision. Less than a year, maybe yes, maybe no, it depends on the girl.

Absolutely not. Everyone knows you can only marry someone if you have been dating for at least 12 months!

What kind of dumb question is this?

Nah just a thought running through my mind. I still have to troll the Rant with CPM memes before I have a kid

Regardless of the reason, if you marry someone you've known less than a year then you're marrying someone you don't really know, and that is a bad idea.

People who say no in this situation are the reason the US is crippled by baby mamas on welfare and kids growing up without dads. Actions have consequences.

I've told my kids they shouldn't even think about marriage until age 28 or older. Far too many things change in the first decade of adulthood.

I would have coated up and avoided that, but here we are. I guess most people just don't use condoms anymore. You hear about this all the time these days.

On a similar note, a woman has to be completely fricking stupid to let someone cum inside her if she isn’t using reliable birth control or willing to take plan B.
