Retired, so I do what I want, and today I wanted to replace the railing on my back porch steps from the 2nd floor to the ground floor patio.
I got that done and will cook my oyster dressing, stuff 5 mirliton with shrimp dressing, take the turkey out of the brine, inject it and set it on a rack in the fridge overnight to go in the smoker early tomorrow.
Other than that, I'm doing nothing.

Thanks to Amazon, I will be delivering parcels during lunch and after my office closes. Won’t slow down until January. Amazon is dropping pallets on Thanksgiving day, so while y’all are enjoying food and football, I’ll be at work.
