The story has changed a few times and when the Sheriff was pressed in the news conference, he refused to say which member(s) of the family dropped her off. Very suspect.

Wonder if FBI knows who it is now but wants to let them pay ransom to ensure they get her body, because if they arrest now they likely never would tell them where she is.

Cohorts of son in law. Thought it would be quick and collect bitcoin then return her, broke international, president got involved and got out of control. Now they have froze not knowing what move to make.
