A San Bernardino, California, police officer is off the force more than a year after he fatally shot a man who was walking toward officers with his hands in the air after he obeyed commands to put down a gun he was holding.

First, thank god he wasn’t black.
Second, he was walking a little too briskly right at the retreating officer after repeated commands to stop. Not sure if I pull the trigger myself, but I also wasn’t there in the moment. That one sucks.
