How long before some school tries to put a non-compete clause in some of these contracts? I bet someone tries it at some point. It would be interesting to see how that would play out.

Arkansas and Tennessee are just overrated

Don't know about Tennessee, but the Hogs are a dangerous team.

Hogs don't have a superstar pitcher, but they have solid pitching from the 1st through the 9th Friday through Sunday. The bats turn on and off , but when they come on they can send the whole lineup through in a single inning against anyone.

It's going to come down to whether they can do it at the right times.

Yeah, the sec conference schedule is basically what decides the best team in the country. There is no rest.

Edit:

I forgot about Mizzou. Basically a bye week.

This should be done with MLB too.

Agree.

Hogs radio announcers can break down every player in the SEC at a very high level. They do this while being funny and do it old school like it's just two guys talking baseball.

They are homers, which every home guy will be, but that could be kind of fun, I think they would probably turn down the homer stuff if they knew they're doing the tv broadcast.

These ESPN guys are just clueless and fake compared to what the radio broadcasts give us.
Whichever game they're showing, just let the home team's radio announcers do the game. A few years ago I heard LSU's radio guy and he was great. I know Hogs radio guys are amazing.

This ESPN/SEC crew sounds like junior high kids that crammed about these players after their plane landed.
Master Chef Australia is absolutely the best food competition show there is. Completely different format than the American version. It's really legit.

To be perfectly honest, I think he’s gonna be a depth guy that doesn’t play a whole lot.

I'm not sure about that as early as we took him. Cal taking him before the other dominoes start falling makes me think they see something in him. That being said, I am no expert in how these guys playing in foreign leagues will translate to the NCAA. I guess time will tell.

Rumor is he's considering it, but it's message board rumors. I'm not getting my hopes up, but that would be awesome.

The callers belong on the Jerry Springer show. It's actually good when it's him talking with some sort of reporter or analyst.

The callers all sound like they're calling from the trailer park, and it's always ego driven like they're trying to be the best caller or something. Really hard to listen when he goes to the phones.

Vanderbilt's coach for wearing a damn helmet everywhere.

He probably sleeps with that helmet on.

Surprised we haven't heard if McMillian is going to play or not. I guess they're keeping that a secret until tip off.

We had a 10 seed regular season, with 2/3 seed talent.

Now we're playing to our potential. Sucks for Kansas and St. Johns getting that draw.
What's with the yellow hats?

Do they mean something, or is it a conspiracy to sell more apparel to fans?

I thought Brazile is a senior. Am I wrong on that?
I just want to go on record, I have Illinois bouncing Kentucky, but I also had St. Johns bouncing us.
I missed this. Which team hit who in the nuts, and who got tossed? Need cliff notes on Nutgate.

Yeah, frick Kentucky fans, they're too far gone. They can kiss my arse.

Yes, good observation. He has that sort of ability to jump high several times in a row quickly, Similar to Dennis Rodman, obviously not at that level, but he does have a quick bounce ability that others don't have.

The way the fouls were going, I sort of expected Thiero to take the warm ups off today

I thought the same thing. I thought Cal was about to tell him to go get dressed in the second half. I probably would have considering the circumstances.
