Is this for real? Sounds like a bugs bunny cartoon. Were the neighbors also drooling while holding forks and knives?

Bootsie is awesome. He and I email each other about once every couple of months. I think he's the reason why I get invited to these very private (but free) online conferences with a bunch of famous bass players (most jazz. blues or funk players). I have never played a standup or guitar bass in my life LOL. But, there I am on screen with all these well known players (e.g. Dr. Ron Carter). I'm smart enough to never say a word.
Note: I have not had an invite in a while, so they may have figured out that my participation is worthless to them.
