Second explosion off to the left at about the 7 second mark. A different depot? A second missile detonating on a separate target? Other flashes and flames shorty thereafter to the right of the first explosion.
I pray to God that our country is NOT directly involved with this through the use of, or by simply providing, the munitions that may have caused this.
Congress needs to get their shite together and start reining in the executive branch's use of military force without a congressional declaration of war before we DO actually pull some shite like this!

These countries cannot compete with the tech and the logistics.
The US has so much control over everything from the sky to the open sea to space.
The US can kind of do as it pleases. Half arse itself in wars which we have done numerous times or just outright flatten a city which we have also done multiple times.

Toropets. According to google earth it looks about as far away from Ukraine as Moscow and is sorta around the Baltic states. You can clearly see the missile depot on there
