Surveillance footage reportedly shows multiple people walking through a construction site where Georgia jogger Ahmaud Arbery stopped before being gunned down moments later in an incident that has triggered national outrage.
Glynn County police told USA TODAY they had no records of home break-ins or burglaries between Jan. 1 and Feb. 23 in that neighborhood. Local media reported one car burglary.
Homeowner Larry English confirmed to CNN through the release of new videos that several people had entered the construction site over the course of several months. CNN reported that it obtained 11 surveillance clips from Oct. 25, 2019, to Feb. 23, 2020, from Attorney J. Elizabeth Graddy, who is representing English.
Among the people seen entering the site on separate occasions: A man and woman, a man and even children.
Earlier, English's attorney released three security camera clips taken Dec. 17 – more than two months before the shooting – that showed a black man in a T-shirt and shorts at the site. In the final clip, the man walks a few steps toward the road, then jogs away.
“It now appears that this young man may have been coming onto the property for water,” Graddy said in a statement. “There is a water source at the dock behind the house as well as a source near the front of the structure. Although these water sources do not appear within any of the cameras’ frames, the young man moves to and from their locations.”
English has said the house was wide open, and nothing was ever taken from the property. English does not know anyone in the videos which were transmitted to his phone by his security system when someone entered the property, Graddy told CNN.

those guys are so fricked (for good reason)
if that DA advised them (or LEO as an intermediary) to form a posse in response, he is also so fricked

I've done that a good bit in the past when house hunting. I've made offers based on what I saw and liked.

We used to do it all the time growing up. We lived in phase 1 or 2 of a 6 phase neighborhood. Never got shot. Thank god I’m white.

It’s a construction site. It’s a pretty regular occurrence. People are just curious and want to know what’s being built and to get some ideas if they themselves are building something. shite, there is small chapel with a large courtyard being constructed down the street from me and the moment they took down the fencing I went and checked it out just to know what it was going to look like when finished.

I believe the guys committed murder, but it is absolutely insane how much attention this story is getting
It really does seem like it is morphing into a tool used by the grievance industry
I am not ok with that

Exactly. Can't people just let the trial play out

First time in America the last decade?
The media is a ruthless and efficient fear mongering machine promulgating the problematic propaganda of the detestable DC Cabal.

I couldn't believe there were a significant number of posters here who had no idea (and argued about it for several pages) that randos walking through houses under construction is a common occurrence.

That’ll happen when your local DA office and fellow law enforcement actively try to sweep it under the rug and get caught.

It's the timing, recusals, downright questionable actions of the DAs charge, etc.
The murder is horrific, you combine that that possible malfeasance and debauchery by the officials?
