Can someone catch me up? Why is it relevant whether or not they're neighbors or if there was grounds for criminal tresspass? Are some people still arguing the public should be able to chase down, block route of escape with vehicle, get out of safety of vehicle and confront fellow citizens with guns based on suspicion of a misdemeanor offense.

The judge is going to be from Chatham County (Savannah) and the prosecutor is going to be from Cobb County (metro Atlanta). Every dumb arse from Glynn County has recused themselves.

I'm tired seeing comments like this because people think they're justified going into a house that's being built that's not for sale. Just because it's easy to get into the house doesn't make it legal or OK.
