State the statute that says he does.

That's not what a statute is.

I’ve seen footage of a man and woman who I’m going to guess have something to do with the remodel and 2 seven year old boys.

It wasn't a remodel. It was under construction.

This was bought up early but Evvverdumbass laughed and said they lived two houses from each other, how could they not know each other!!
They do not live two houses from each other. The owner of the construction lives ninety miles away. And the houses are not beside each other. I will not list the McMichaels address. It is down the street from the construction (220 Sitalli).

Officer Robert Rash will end up being the key.

Officer Rash seems to think they are neighbors!
A “neighbor” we are going to find out at trial he never spoke with. McMichaels saw the videos because Officer Rash shared them with him. Not sure if he was permitted to or not.

Going to be very interesting.

Can someone catch me up? Why is it relevant whether or not they're neighbors or if there was grounds for criminal tresspass? Are some people still arguing the public should be able to chase down, block route of escape with vehicle, get out of safety of vehicle and confront fellow citizens with guns based on suspicion of a misdemeanor offense.

If these yokels got the video from the officer, who got it from the homeowner, they're super boned.
Walk this through. We are standing at the corner of Satilla and Holmes moments after the death of Arbery. And it is known by at least one or two officers that the video was shared by Officer Rash with Gregory McMichaels. And they are in the process of arresting Travis McMichaels. And they are told to stand down by the District Attorney.

Now think about the "probable cause" recusal comments by the District Attorney.

This trial is going to blow up the McMichaels, the Glynn County Police Department and the District Attorney's Office.

Because I’ve said all along that these two men deserve a fair trial by a jury of their peers?

So you believed it was the right move to arrest and charge them all along?

Bro, you really need to make this a separate thread. This is just too sick to be buried inside of this. People need to see what this family was like.

Simply walking in a home under construction that isn’t posted simply to look around isn’t criminal trespassing in Ga. If it were a whole lot of folks would be law breakers.

Tell that to the Glynn County Sheriff or whoever wrote up the incident report.

I believe it said two things: Homicide and Criminal Trespass for the violations listed.

The judge is going to be from Chatham County (Savannah) and the prosecutor is going to be from Cobb County (metro Atlanta). Every dumb arse from Glynn County has recused themselves.

Hope the trial is as quick as the Will Smith murder trial in NOLA.

I've done that a good bit in the past when house hunting. I've made offers based on what I saw and liked.

And I've had to run people out of a house that I was building.

I'm tired seeing comments like this because people think they're justified going into a house that's being built that's not for sale. Just because it's easy to get into the house doesn't make it legal or OK.

This is the kind of person we are dealing with:

Definition of neighbor (Entry 1 of 3)
