Video synced to 911 call

Unless the timeline is fricked up due to faulty clocks, that 911 call by the elder McMichael preceeded the chase.

The call, according to your article occurred at 1:14 PM. We can see that the McMichaels don't leave in their truck until almost 1:16.

Arbery does, in fact, run right past McMichael at exactly 1:14 when McMichael is in the front yard.

So your synced video is possibly inaccurate.

Who cares? It fits his narrative.

It is possible that the timelines are fricked up. I'm going by the clock on the surveillance video that shows AA entering the house and the other neighbor calling it in. In that video, the clock reads 1:14 when AA runs past the McMichael house and 1:15:36 when they leave in the truck.

So even if the timeline is fricked up and that McMichael call is in fact, seconds before the shooting it is probably even worse for the McMichaels because they ran off chasing the dude and didn't think to call the cops until they thought they had him cornered.

If that's the case it's not like they called it in and then chased in an effort to keep a tab on his location for the cops.

Do you want us to feel personally responsible for this in any way?

I don’t understand how this killing will be any different than any other one in the US this year.

Quite frankly, if I was someone close to you; I’d tell you to get the frick over it. But you can’t let it go. Your post history proves it. That’s a sign.

Before Errerrerrwere extends this another 10 pages with his shitty trolling let's clear one thing up.

Even if both of the McMichaels were on the phone with police the entire time it does absolutely nothing for them as a defense.

It certainly proves it wasn’t a murder. Why didn’t they kill him before the chase/ video , bury the body, and then use the DA for cover?

Hell, everyone was in on it, right?

Nope.

Likely coverup.

Threads come up on it on a daily basis. I post in threads. That is how a message board works. You say the exact same thing to other people who say he was murdered.

100% agree. It doesn't really matter.

It doesn't even matter if they neighbor who called it in initially ran down and told the McMichaels he saw AA in the house. GA caselaw says that's not enough to pursue a suspect as a citizen.

I think it was either a Wal-Mart or a Walgreens case in Georgia that decided that exact issue. Someone simply telling another that they saw someone stealing from the store was NOT enough to allow the person being told to pursue and effect a citizen's arrest.

So in essence, this point doesn't really matter.

I have walked thru about 100 Under construction homes without being chased down.

I wonder why not?

Not stupid. Explain it to me.

How is it different than the white elderly couple murdered at the cemetery?

I hate that Brunswick is at the epicenter of this. It's a small town that doesn't have many employment opportunities. There only seems to be minimum wage jobs along the I-95 corridor.

The pulp mill that spewed stink all over Glynn county closed.

The shrimping business went downhill after the introduction of "farmed fresh water shrimp" from Asia.

It's a strange place. It's the gateway to Sea Island that had a G8 summit.

It's down the road and a million miles away.

Is it really that hard to understand the difference between what was likely an attempted robbery gone wrong vs a vigilante killing that the DA tried to cover up b/c they were friends with the killers?

I’ve seen this idea posted a few times where it is argued that if he wanted to kill him, he would have just fired away from the get go. McMichael knew he couldn’t just shoot they guy, so he put himself in a situation to where he could (in his mind) argue that it was justified. We all know the types of people that are just itching for a chance to be a “hero” and blow someone away in self defense. There are plenty of these types of fake badasses on this board.
