Removing front license plate bracket on vehicle

Im buying a vehicle in Texas that has a front license plate bracket on it. Since front license plates are not required in LA, I was wondering how I can take the bracket off. I am sure it is easy to take off, but then there will be holes in my bumper. Has anyone removed it before and filled in the holes? Does anyone know someone in Baton Rouge that could do that?

Usually there are threaded holes
Buy bolts that fit and paint the heads.

If you remove it at night there won’t be any holes.

If you don't want holes, cover it with this.

not sure. U could always just put something in place of a license plate like those plates that just say LSU or something. U get the idea.

I'm sure a screwdriver will remove the bracket. If you're concerned about holes, put the screws back into the threaded holes, minus the bracket.

Get some plugs. Most manufacturers sell them for specific model colors.

Let me guess. You drive a pink charger.

I had the same problem with a car I bought from Texas that didn't have embedded front plate mounts. The dealerships will sometimes just drill through the bumper cover and screw the license plate holder directly into the bumper underneath. You'll probably be better off with plugs if that's what you find. I asked a body shop about filling them in for me on my car and the guy steered me toward plugs instead. He said that the work would be expensive and it would be difficult to get good results on my bumper that wouldn't be visible or quickly degrade because the bumper cover is way more flexible than body panels; the constant slight flexing would likely just work the repair loose. He suggested that I go with the plugs instead because they'd be uniform and would look like a part instead of a blemish. I used these plugs. Colormatched the paint perfectly.
