Some tips:

-Dont drink alcohol- two beers or two glasses of wine per week at most
-take ZMA before bed and Boron and vitamin D when you wake up
-Eat lots of fruits, veggies and quality meat (not ham, bacon...); minimal carbs
-Sleep at least 7 hours a night (get a cpap if needed, more people need them than they realize)
-Work out hard 5 days a week but dont overdo it (1 hour max session- high intensity for too long can break body down)
- cold shower every day
- get alot of sunlight at least one day a week- cut grass without a shirt on, sit in the backyard on a weekend...get outside!
- do your best to have minimal body fat. Fat around your midsection is particularly detrimental
- dont overdo it with caffeine
- try to minimize stress - workout out hard should help with this

Some people definitely need medicine but if you do all of these things its extremely unlikely you will have low T

Granted, the F1 race was great this weekend and it will be tough to beat, but I love the Indy car setup

Im cheap so I refused to pay for Apple TV for F1 and dont feel like Ive missed anything. I follow this thread and go on F1.com daily + other random racing websites. I follow qualifying on F1.com (if Im awake). For the race, I either watch a youtuber livestream it (Stuffey is great and better than tv commentary) or go straight to Youtube first thing the next morning and watch the F1 race highlights. I used to just record the races and watch them in 20-30 minutes anyway so this isnt that different.

Great race! Tons of passing. Very competitive all around. Good seeing young guys and a rookie do so well.

NASCAR hates this. They want the old guard to win especially after the lawsuit. It’s great for the sport though and I’m not even a Reddick or Toyota fan.

I really love this package. First the ZR1X is just perfect...awd from the hybrid system + a monster motor. Then the color is just beautiful. One of a kind all around.

I love it! Worked out on the patio with my oldest son, relaxed outside and read, blew leaves off of our driveway and played basketball with my boys. I was outside for at least 3 hours. Wont be doing that next Tuesday when the wind chill is in the 40s!
