Apparently some people don't understand table minimums.

That's not how much the stuff costs. The table was $120,000. They just jacked all the prices up to get to that price.

These EDC experiences are for the ultra wealthy.

Nah, it's for the currently wealthy that won't be five years from now. Pro Athletes, Hollywood types who caught a break, pop music icons that will be washed up in a few, etc.

Again, the ultra wealthy wouldn't pay those inflated bullshite "LOOK AT ME" prices out of principle.

Or best tequila in Alabama. Or most expensive tequila in Alabama, but probably not the best, anyway.

Even if I had that kind of money, I’d find a better way to blow it then buying obnoxiously overpriced champagne at a Vegas club

It bothers Scruffy that someone, even with an exorbitant amount of money, was still willing to pay that anyway.

As you well know it is a matter of perspective. There are thousands of billionaires in the world. A person with 1 billion could have their money all sitting in their closet not making a cent and spend $120,000 a day for the next 20 years and still have more than $125,000,000 left in their closet.

There are more people "today" than ever that have so much wealth it is actually a chore to spend it before they die. I would rather them spend it than have it sitting in a crypto vault somewhere. Keep that money churning.

Wait, are you saying corporate fat cats don't have Scrooge McDuck vaults where they swim in their money?

I feel like I've been lied to me entire life.

I was in Orange Beach for Mullet Toss and on Saturday night we went to check out this place called Live Bait. We had never been. The line was out the door and as we are about to get let inside, this guy pays $2,000 in cash to get him, his buddy, and 4 chicks inside and a “VIP table.” Keep in mind, this is at a place called Live Bait….in Orange Beach…..Alabama

You sure you weren't at a place called Live 'Bate? Cause I'd need to see that and a whole lot more for two grand just to get in the door.
