For sure it's good stuff (huge tequila aficionado) so I googled for anything Clase Azul which might cost that much. Nothing.

Why do these frickers drink so much water at the club

Because they are rolling at a music festival. Water is the most popular drink at while rolling.

It’s no Esperanto but it’s a good tequila. That’s 1000% markup per bottle. Liquor store sells it for $135 a bottle.

Yep. We were in Palma, Mallorca last week and the amount of money spent on the boats in the marina there was staggering. A $10,000,000 yacht was run of the mill there.

Just pimpin the system and burnin some sucker banks money. Why not ball out and file for bankruptcy later. People do it all the time and somehow get another bank to buy in after.

Probably Bilzerian's bill.

The costs to produce a festival are up 30-40% from 2019. EDC probably cost north of 75M this year. Tickets went on sale last year so the cake was already baked on that revenue stream. You have to try to make it up somewhere, but thats a lot of 300k tables to sell....

A rave for the OT rich.

Not really. A lot of broke arse service industry chicks love that shite from down in Louisiana. Quite a few go from BR and Nola.
They save up a few shifts worth of cash and head over there with just enough money for gas, ticket($400), and a couple cases of water.

They mooch everything else from guys with money.

Everyone in your party should just sneak a flask or two of bourbon or scotch into the venue and just order the water bucket.

It's the same with vodka and a lot of brown sprits in the U.S. For example Titos is just corn ethanol cut to 40%. The dehydrated 100% goes to fuel. For brown spirits a lot of what you see on the shelf is just contracted sprits with MPG (former Seagram's plant in Indiana). For example, Four Roses and Bulleit are MPG products.

I'm sure many of the different brands of Tequila come from the same distillery in Mexico just like many brands of vodka and bourbon come from the same distillery in the U.S.

These EDC experiences are for the ultra wealthy.

Ultra wealthy people wouldn't be caught dead at EDC.

They pay crazy money to keep the riff raff out. They aren't paying $11k for an "All are welcome" spot.

“All are welcome” is a champagne package. Not a guest invitation rider.

Yeah at every club/festival I’ve been to for bottle service, the number of guests is part of the negotiation on the minimum spend amount.

For the 120k minimum on OP receipt, it was actually for 4 tables and they got 100 wristbands.

Correct. The ultra wealthy sign the checks of the people who run up these tabs.

What's the difference between an admin fee and a service charge? OT poors want to know.

Service charge has to be distributed to the service people. admin fee can be kept by the owner and not distributed.

Yes they did. $5 minimum at the LNB union location. And 80% of the chicks were under a 125 lbs, the same chicks walked back to their Tigerland apartments at 2 am, Vegas was sleazier than the French Quarter, and Cash's in Fort Walton Beach was our version of Vegas. (Ok, you win the last one).
