In today’s market, all listings are “won’t last” and they really won’t. Crazy.

I had a house pop up in my email from zillow related to a search I have set up. Was almost perfect for what my wife and I were looking for at a price that would allow us to make any minor modifications/additions easily and in the exact area we want. Sent it to her when it had been listed for 2 hours. 8 hours later it was pending.

I wonder this as well. Does anyone have first hand knowledge of a realtor sleeping with someone to entice them to buy a house? I've heard this so many times, but, never knew a prospective buyer who has slept with a realtor outside of pornhub.

Side note- i'm not looking to buy a house.

Great deal = don't try to negotiate so I can get the most commission possible.

Several years ago, my wife (at the time) became a realtor. We got divorced a few years after her career change, because she became a huge whore fricking half the town, no joke. I think whores just gravitate to the field not the other way around though.

Saw an ad in October 2005 with the headline "NEW CARPET! NEW ROOF!"

I think the realtor and thot skill sets happen to significantly overlap. Much like drug reps.

I am too. The former owners essentially added a tin shed to the back of my home and it was put together wrong. Now all these years later, the doors won't lock or shut properly. It's a "sunroom". It's 99 degrees in the summer and frosty in the winter because it is not insulated and is made of junk. I keep praying for a good storm to drop a tree on it or tear it off of the house.

After 8 years, my only hope is to sell the house to some sucker.

Thats kind of what happened to me. Previous homeowners build a bonus room in the attic. One day I noticed that it was raining inside the room. I discovered that they put shingles on its roof with almost no pitch. They put the drip edge on top of the felt paper. Water ran under the shingles, under the drip edge, into the soffit, and into the room.

I decided to get a permit and do some repairs and found that the previous homeowners filed for a permit but never completed it. I bet it was a dad and uncle with a case of beer type of job. The permit reviewer wanted to see the plans. I gave her the original plans. She said theres no way it was to code and I needed an engineer to redesign it. Went to an engineer and found out that its not structurally supported. Said he'd never seen anything like it.

I called a couple lawyers that specialize in this and they all said the same thing...I have a clear case of fraud but the legal fees would be more than the cost to repair.

I tried getting a few contractors to give me a quote and nobody wanted to do that kind of work. I ended up just fixing it cosmetically. It doesn't show any signs of structural issues and has been there 20 years but I now have a permit open that I cant close. Im likely going to eat some money when I sell.

I just realized how much I typed. This shite damn near gave me PTSD for a couple years. Its all coming back to me
