Eta: he's an idiot for even accepting the offer unless he's prior friends with the parents (seems he wasn't), but he is a teacher so I'm not surprised by his idiotness

Eh. Going to the dinner with the parents and kids doesn't scream idiot to me. My parents were the over-involved type with our schools. Plenty of teachers, coaches, administrators were at our house for dinner.

No, I would probably lose my current job. Don't think I could handle the added responsibilities.

Buddy of mine texted me. Ran into a junior, to be senior, student of his in Florida with her parents. They asked him to dinner, he ended up going... And the daughter was apparently VERY forward during the whole thing.

This whole thing here.. This is confusing.. Is your "buddy" vacationing alone?? and he happened to run into a student that's into him???

Dude, he's bangin this brawd already and she's testing the waters to see if her parents are cool with it..

She is fair game if of age. If he sees her as a romantic encounter and she is of age, doesn’t seem to be an issue.

I was a high school coach for 9 years, barely made it out of there alive. I made sure my administrative career was in middle school (been an assistant principal for 6 years now). Girls still don’t know their place, but I’ll be hitting 40 next month and it’s gotten way tamer!

He should have politely declined.

I don't believe in coincidences. I'd be willing to bet they set it up..

Yes I could.

I taught jc and 4 year college.

I had one 18 yr old freshman redhead flash the beaver like the murder movie with Sharon stone.

At that moment I wished I wasn't married.

Without doing something quite foolish?

why would you have a problem, its different if they were in college and you were traveling and drinking with the team. Plenty of college teachers/coaches drink with their students, some even do the nasty
