So he wants the coach to plow his daughter?

Anyone else expecting this thread to be about having actual coaching skills and not about banging 16 year olds?

I think it's more the slutty daughter doesn't usually go for the guy with his shite togethet... So he's willing to overlook the age

So the dad is saying he isn't lucky enough to have a HS coach date his daughter?
WTF?

Sounds like he thinks highly of HS coaches.

Yeah. If a 26 year old wants my 18 year old daughter, I'm not gonna call myself lucky if she likes him back

I have a friend who played lacrosse at Navy. I'm not sure if it was a family friend or what the details were exactly, but he was spending a few nights with a family in Baltimore when he was at the Academy, and they had a very attractive 18 year old daughter home from school. He said that the dad all but tried to serve her up on a silver platter to him. I guess I kind of get it for the Naval Academy athlete with a great future, but it seems weird as shite to me.

Especially on a coaches salary

Unless he’s Andy Cannizaro and he’s making $135k a year just to be a high school baseball coach.

He's isn't too far off of that.

Private school. A lot of cash flows to the coaches. Small towns.

My guess is that once you're in this job the reality of HS girls would become your everyday life and theoretical interest in them would largely evaporate quickly. I'm sure there would be a handful to test your resolve, but reality is most are probably annoying, immature and stupid and you'd have no problem keeping yourself from getting in trouble.

I mean, losing a job as a coach isn't losing that much.

I could coach HS basketball. Recruit the tallest kids and roll out a basketball. Play the LMU system of run and gun and then play Dale Browns freak defense. Lol

I was a "travel ball" coach for 10 years and a HS coach for 8

Parents absolutely got worse as time wore on. If you bench their child because they suck and it is time to move on, you better have all of your ducks in a row. The parent will have you summoned to the principal's office for a "meeting"

In the meeting you will be accused of unfair treatment, closet racism, sexism, and any other 'ism that ensures the parent gets their way.

And you better send announcements directly to the parent because if the kid is late, the parent will blame you because how are Earth are we supposed to expect a teenager to be responsible?

I benched a kid for poor performance and showed the parent and kid the metrics. The parent then tells me my numbers are off, shows me her numbers stating that her child is actually the best player on the team
