I wasted a good half day of work watching those videos, Dogs are awesome,

What about the guy who trains some type of lizard to catch rats. That is WILD and very Jurassic park looking

Rats; We just want to live in the dirt.

Terriers; So you have chosen death.

Good thing rat terriers are good at killing rats. Otherwise, that might be a bit embarrassing for the dog.

They're no joke, either. They see a small rodent and they're off. If they can get to it, they will just obliterate it. We used to have one that would catch birds. That little bitch was FAST. We'd open the front door and if there was a bird sitting in the yard, she'd bolt at it. She very often could get to the bird fast enough to take a flying leap and snatch it out of the air before it could fly away.

Our Miniature Schnauzers could do that, if my wife hadn't made them soft.

I found a lil wire haired terrier while I was hunting. She was the meanest lil bitch on the planet and would slaughter rats, moles, coons, etc. About 15 lbs of hate. My dad always had scabs all over his legs from where she would attack him when he walked across my yard. If he left the driveway he was prey.

We had a rat terrier when I was a kid. Everyone knows they are super quick, but they also have some serious straight line speed. Ours would run down rabbits.

Have a rat terrier/dachshund mix that despises squirrels. He destroys all of his toys with that same head shaking motion seen in the video. Wiry hair, doesn't stay wet. Built for hunting.

I have a rat terrier right now. He turns 18 tomorrow. Had him since he was a few weeks.

Can barely see and hear now. Sleeps like 20 hours a day. Still gets around okay, wants his walk and treats everyday. I'm absolutely dreading the day that is coming soon when he won't be with me anymore.

We had a Jack russel that would join me when I cleaned out my hay barn. It was a carnival of death for the rats and mice that were under/in those hay pallets. Even when she was old and feeble she was a killing machine. The other dogs would step aside and let her work. Good times.
