i believe is it malpractice to file ch. 7 for a corporation. They just turned over all of the assets, books and records to the ch. 7 trustee. get a trustee like we have in baton rouge, and she and her attorney will rape the corporation liquidating the assets and digging for misdeeds, all while billing by the hour.

Corporations don't get discharges and a corporate ch. 7 does not discharge personal obligations made by shareholders.

If you live in Louisiana, and think you can download an internet will and be safe, you're most likely wrong. Louisiana has some very strict rules on forms of wills, and if the form is not exact, your will is invalid.

an acquaintance had plenty of money, land, etc,, but was tight with his money. Instead of consulting an attorney, he downloaded a will, left everything to his newish wife, went to the notary at his bank and had it signed.

He died in a car wreck, and his kids got everything.

You won't know the will is bad until you try to use it.

It was a situation created entirely by the deceased. No way in hell did any protester there think that they were protecting citizens from a sinister army of bad guys out to harm the neighborhood. Dead woman was intentionally interfering with ICE, and when placed under arrest, she drove her truck at a law enforcement officer in an escape attempt. She didn't panic. She carried out her plan of targeting ICE. She is the poster child for FAFO.
