You do know that 1518 is in the 16th century, correct? Your claim was that this happens in the 15th century. As seen
Let me be specific then. The issues with demographic depression already started before 1517 (i.e. the 16th century) as the treatment of the natives was considered extreme, even for the time, as evidenced by the report of Francisco de Bobadilla, who documented the abuses of Columbus and presented them to the Spanish crown.

At the very root, they are simply reconquering or retaking SA.

The organized, concerted domination and subjugation from western Europe did claim.
Theyvcame, they saw, they conquered.
Just like the Aztec, the Olmec, the Lakota, the Seminole, the Zulu, the Mongol.
The Tatar, Assyrian, Hun, Quin, Rus and Persian.
How is it different?

fricking cavemen?
Caveman is a pejorative. There is evidence of previous inhabitants. Look it up.

They didn't wipe out their own fricking race though.
What is race? You think “White people” didn’t use wholesale slaughter on other “white peoole”?
The Punic Wars. The Persian Conquest, the Celtic Holocaust...
You think Asian tribes weren’t constantly slaughtering other horse peoples?
That sub-Saharan African tribes weren’t decimating other dark tribes?
You’ve proven yourself woefully ignorant

All my family and friends left there are desperately trying to get out but it’s not as easy as people think.

No one disputing that. The question is who were they going to blame when it goes to s***.
And the answer had been a resounding “blame the white man”

Here's the Caribbean booklist
Jonathan Hartlyn's The Struggle for Democratic Politics in the Dominican Republic opening couple of chapters documents the genocide of the Taino, who were around 500,000 before Columbus, and were reduced to 60,000 by 1508, nearly a full decade before the first outbreak of smallpox. Which is exactly like I said.
Other books that touch on the topic are Corbett's History of Haiti. Works by Ferdinand Columbus provide a large degree of first person sources. Livi-Bacci's work also focuses on the early depopulation efforts. The Lowcountry Digital History Initiative provides a wonderful source of first-person documentation as well, especially in regards to the depopulation of Hispaniola and the beginnings of the trans-Atlantic slave trade.
I can provide more books on request.

More books:
Beyond Germs: Native Depopulation in North America, which is an anthology. Paul Kelton's Epidemics and Enslavement. Robbie Ethridge has a book on the colonial slave trade, as does Alan Galley, with both emphasizing the Indian slave trade. Henry Reynolds has a lot of detailed work on settler colonialism and indigenous relations. Matthew Restall has good work on the "myths of conquest" too.
In terms of the Caribbean, Alejandro de la Fuente's work, Havana and the Atlantic in the Sixteenth Century documents the native depopulation.
Other people to read are Daniel Wildcat, Vine Deloria, Jr. and Hank Adams. I'll return with more.

Makes no sense. No one alive today was a slave.
not in any white countries.
ask for reparations from black and middle eastern countries still involved in the slave trade.
if anything, blacks should give white people money for saving their asses from africa and the middle east.
wheres my payback for my ancestors getting your asses out of africa? so far all we've gotten are shitty neighborhoods, schools and culture that revolves around food and entertainment.
how about 100k and a one way ticket to africa. just can't ever come back to america. also, for everyone 18 and over that accepts this, they have to take 3 people that aren't 18 yet. all get 100k and a plane ticket.
maybe they should ask the rulers of liberia. when we started sending former slaves back to africa, the first thing they did was enslave the indigenous black population. can't make this shite up.
we literally bought an entire country to send back slaves and what's the first thing they did? lol.
then some stupid redneck shot lincoln. sigh.

The indigenous races were wiping each other out long before European explorers and settlers arrived.
That's a lie that helps whites cope with their guilt. Whites failed to commit in africa and now they're paying for it. As they should.
I guess you never heard of the Aztecs or Incas then huh?

I'm going to miss the white wine South Africa produces.
They had a fungus infect most of the vines during the 1980's and nearly lost everything then due to sanctions.
Buying South African wine is one way to help the boer there.
