His first court date is listed as March 8, according to records. His attorney, Steven Greenberg, said early Friday afternoon that he had not heard that his client had been charged. Greenberg has said in the past that his client denies any wrongdoing. Sources told the Sun-Times that Cook County prosecutors were appearing before a judge Friday afternoon to sign off on an arrest warrant for Kelly. This is a developing story.

CNN says they have seen the new video of R.Kelly having sex with an underage girl. Apparently the girl says she's 14 in the video.
