Not as dumb as to say the age of the underage girl in the video. That just removes all doubt, even if you werent able to verify the identity of the girl.

There are 4 alleged victims in total, and one of them is the subject of 4 different counts. According to the criminal complaint, the allegations include oral and vaginal sex with a girl between the ages of 13 and 17 ... and the allegations are extremely graphic.

I pray he goes down. I just really hate he's been getting away with this stuff since the 90s.
I know there are plenty of jokes to go around especially considering the Dave Chapelle skits, but he really is a disgusting individual that should be put away for a long time.
