I started turning grey after 40. A few years closer to getting a camera up my butt. Other than that, not bad

I’m not 40 yet so I can’t confirm, but your dick won’t work anymore and your wife will start to appreciate the darker things in life.

Actually its not a big deal. As long as you still look good and all. I have no kids, my wife is 2 weeks younger than me and we have a blast living our lives. We both keep ourselves fit. I dont feel any different than i did 5 years ago.

Don’t jerk off as much or you might run into problems with the wife in bed, assuming she still has any interest in sex.

Age is a state of mind until the body gives out. Enjoy it while everything (hopefully) still works.

40+ year old posters
My biggest issue post-39 was a massive influx of aches and pains. Basically just the crap I did for the first 40 years just catching up with me. I realized how bad it was one night when I was trying to sneak up the stairs. I was wondering why the stairs were squeaking so much before realizing it was my bones and joints making all the noise.

Other than that, I have been reeducated several times on the importance of never trusting a fart.

Sounds like you have bad genes so you can look forward to going bald and erectile dysfunction. I hope you have a prenup.

No change whatsoever. For reference, I will be 42 in a few months.

I turned 42 a few months ago and still have 20/20 vision. I know it's coming though.

My 40’s were fine. 50 is what sent me off a cliff, physically. I have to do a lot more now to simply maintain.

I feel like I'm the healthiest and strongest I've ever been physically. I still swim, bike, run regularly. Old man strength is real.

However, last summer, my eyesight went downhill in a matter of two weeks. I have to wear reading glasses now. But other than that, I feel as great as ever.
