I’ll be 50 in June. I still lift heavy weights. Now I do hurt more than I ever have. When I can no longer go heavy I will feel old. It will be a sad day in my life.

I turned 42 a few months ago and still have 20/20 vision. I know it's coming though.

Man that shite hit me almost overnight. I had 20/10 vision before completely frying my eyes over a few month period last year. I can barely read my phone screen without glasses now.

50 is what sent me off a cliff,

I didn't notice any gray in the beard or thinning hair until my 50s. 40s weren't much different than my 30s except I was drunk a lot and not married.

I’ll be 48 in August. In the last 5 years I’ve had plantar fasciitis in both feet, tennis elbow in both arms, my joints hurt all over, and had knee surgery.

You’ll love your 40’s.

Yea still have 20/20 and a full head of hair with some grey making appearances now on the side especially when the beard is in.

I thought my beard was 60/40 brown/grey but I never grew it out very long. I haven't shaved in a month now and it's 75/25 grey/brown.

Hair on the side of my head is going grey now too.

I don't really care. It just makes me look a little older.

I'll be 41 in May. So far 40 has been good. I find the older I get people are all mostly nicer to be for some reason.

Based on your post alone, I expect minimal change in your menstrual flow.
No readily noticeable changes in anything else, but you will still be overly concerned and bitch about it.

It's what women do.

Many of us didn't take very good care of our knees while we were younger, me included. I'm not sure what sort of exercise you normally do but look for alternatives that aren't so hard on them. Staggering routines help out a lot IMO.

for most people its the hemorrhoids that are the worst, they show up for no reason and then one day they finally leave for no reason and it has nothing to do with anything you do or dont do exercise or dietary wise

beyond that you get more grey hair and find yourself taking naps without trying to

My 40s have been pretty crappy so far. But much of that is stuff that would suck at any age.

However, not gonna let that be an excuse to just give up on life. Still striving for lots of self improvement physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Just turned 42 less than 2 weeks ago.
