So sorry to hear that! They give us so much, and it's the toughest but kindest thing we can do for them.

If/when you're up to it, we would love to hear some of your favorite memories with Roscoe. Boxers are amazing!

Sorry to hear, mate - my best pal Sir Winston is about to turn 11 and I give him extra hugs and as many walks as I can fit in.

I'm sorry to hear that. The absolute worst thing when you see a dog as a part of the family. My Weim is 13, and his legs are going, so the day is quickly approaching. Like one of the previous posters said, I'm going to cry like a bitch.

Sorry to hear that. It's the worst. The last one I had to put down, I only got to the point where they knocked her out. Couldn't be there for the lethal injection. Just closed her eyes and mouth and left.

Had to put down my bulldog last year.

People on here give me shite, but I did it myself.

That was a rough week...

I know how you feel. Put mine down over a year ago and still haven't gotten a new one yet.
Hope you feel better with each day.

Yep, wife and I had our black lab euthanized years back. Still miss him. Hardest thing I've ever done.

Here’s to Roscoe, the boxer, first of his name. May be never be forgotten.

Had to put our Weimaraner down a year ago and my wife still tears up.

Miss that old boy. He was the reason we got a king size bed.

Yep, put my best friend, a 12 year old Doberman down about 3 weeks ago. Sucks, but his health was declining fast and he went peacefully

Want to thank all for the kind words.... Means a lot.
I'm 49 and from childhood had only Boxers for pets, to me, they are the best. Wonderful with kids, great temperament, intelligent(ones ive had).. I've had quite a few, but ole Roscoe was one of kind. I took him to the big Mardi Gras parade in Lake Charles once, he loved it! Wasn't nervous, just blended in.... lil kids played with em, people petted him, he ate it up!
All that spent any time around him adored him. I'm the one lucky to have spent time with him, not the other way around. Thanks again ya'll

Yes, and it's difficult each time. Dogs are awesome.

Sorry for your loss.
