Not sure what your plans include, but I recently built my own outdoor kitchen. Had NG already available. Installed a primo xl and a blaze grill.

I have used the primo over the grill 10 to 1 probably.

Point is, if I had propane, I would probably still be on the first tank 8 months later.

Are any of those vitamins condensed into one big pill? That's a lot of pills to take

From what I have read, a lot of those are large by themselves, so multi vitamin manufacturers use a small amount due to size constraints
Just boron/zinc picolinate/magnesium glycinate for me.
From what I have read, there is no downside up to 12mg. After that, there is little benefit
I use Now brand as well. 12mg in the morning.

free T went from 39 to 82 in 7 weeks

When I built my house, I just had them install outlets inside of my cabinets. Went back later and installed LED light strips, plugged them in and controlled through Philips hue. My wife likes to change colors during holidays. Been working fine for 10 years

Been lurking this thread for a while. I wanted to thank you for your info on boron.

I’m 48 and run about 3-5 miles, 4x/week, but lately I felt like my recovery was getting slower and I didn’t have the same stamina I used to. My diet is solid, but I still felt limited.

After reading here about boron and its effect on SHBG and free testosterone, I decided to try it. My initial labs showed low free T and high SHBG, which matched how I was feeling. I started a stack in mid-July: boron (worked up to 12 mg/day), zinc (22 mg/day), and magnesium (200 mg at night).

Fast forward ~7 weeks, and my labs improved a lot: total T jumped from 415 to 606, free T doubled from 39 to 82, and SHBG dropped from 46 to 34. I’m noticing better energy and recovery already.

Big thanks to this board — I wouldn’t have thought of boron without reading here. Plan is to stay on this stack and retest in 6–12 months.

My neighbor is a laid off federal worker. Used to brag about doing nothing. They were given days off often for no reason. He would work a few hours each day pushing paper. Was happy to accept the lay off package, because of course, he is a fully disabled vet. Now, can't understand why he can't find a job with no skills.

I assume there are thousands with the same story

I have the mower and blower. Both on year 9. Had to replace mower battery last summer. Zero complaints

Get your iron levels tested: ferritin, serum iron, tibc, transferrin saturation. This will tell you if you have iron issues.

Taking iron supplements without knowing if you need them can cause other issues.

Apparently the original contractor screwed up drainage or sewage and it became a finger pointing thing for a while. New contractor just started and is supposed to be done by April

A shaded run works wonders. Run when the sun goes down when I can. If I must cook in the heat, hydrate long before the run and wear light clothes
