The Bahia guy is definitely a made man that’s a little of the old life coming out to defend his neighborhood

City pools have anti splashing signs I don’t see the issue.

Some people want to chill in the pool and other act like idiots with the excessive splashing. It’s to avoid fights in the pool

Is this is at a personal pool or a neighborhood pool?

Gotta be neighborhood. In which case, I can understand there possibly being complaints.

agreed - my wife and I were looking at a house in Texas, and one of the rules for a house with an HOA was no more than 3 pets allowed on the property.

like if I had 4 cats, they would fine me for being in violation of the HOA - as if they have a right to know what I have in my own house.

frick HOA's

You gotta love it when adults with no kids are making decisions for other adults who do have kids.

That lady must look in the mirror every morning and just admire at how awesome she is.

Our HOA doesn't play with that Karen bullshite We had some residents want to ban those permanent RGB lights on houses people have here because "they didn't fit the neighborhood" or some such bullshite.

The HOA board told them to get bent.

However, the Vice President is a real dickhead.

frick HOA's

i mean that rule is there because people will have 8 big dogs running around and it gets stupid

in theory HOAs are great problem is you get Karens running around thinking they are god and they get to decide the rules. Thats why you have to let dumbass karen know if she keeps it up you are going to beat the frick out of her husband

My spidey senses are detecting a racial undertone to Karen's complaint. Her sweet baby may have been splashed by a rowdy urbanite at the neighborhood pool.

If you live under an HOA, you're just giving a gang of Karens another level of "government" to push on normal people.

Great thing there's a massively easy solution to this; if you don't want to live an HOA you don't have to buy a house in one.

You take the bad with the good my HOA bitched about my waste bins being visible from the road but then on the flipside you have people with cars on blocks in the front yard.
