Corey had mental struggles last year too, so I'm not overly worried about him right now. Adrian is a beast though. I can't imagine acclimating to that. I've hiked to 11,000 feet a couple times and thought I was going to die.

I don't think I would want to climb a mountain that starts killing you slowly (sometimes rapidly). I'll stay on the ground.

They're back at basecamp (17,000) on their last rest day. It seems like they're getting this last day of rest before heading back up to complete the journey. Been pretty good. Eddie Bauer hooked them up clearly.

Late Update because I've been working a lot:
So they just left advanced base camp for the final summit push yesterday. Currently it's becoming night there, so they're in for camp at 23,000 feet. Plan to push to 25,000 feet tomorrow. They claim 3 more days until the summit.
Overall it's been smooth. They went back down to a city at like 14,000 feet about a week ago. Then back to basecamp at 17,000 for 3-4 days, then Advanced Basecamp at 21,000 for 3 days and now here at 23,000.
Corey Richards had this big come to Jesus meeting with the audience the other day about how earlier in the trip he was really negative and it was due to his depression and bi polar disorder kicking in with his lack of medication. Kind of weird to share that with everyone but he felt the need.

I read yesterday that a Dr. from Alabama died not far from the peak.

Good bump. They said on Snapchat you could follow their summit progress on Strava. Any idea how?

I can barely send a text in the Superdome but these dudes are sending Snapchat videos from Everest?

Been following this since I first saw the thread a month ago, thanks for the heads up. It's been pretty awesome following their preparation for this. Finally making the summit push!

They're still going!

Yeah but are there girls shoving Rolling Rock bottles in their snatch like the schemers??

Corey mad the decision to use oxygen less than 1,000 feet from the summit. He originally said he'd turn back, but said frick it, I'm getting to the top just with oxygen. Kind of crazy, but I don't blame them.
They're sub 500 feet right now from the summit.

Or, they have a YouTube channel with all the snaps.

Snapchat everestnofilter for the last 24 hours. They have a YouTube channel you can watch from the beginning.. I'm sure it's the same name but not positive

Kinda sucks that they aren't posting pictures anymore.
