In some senses, yes. Isms are complicated.
I am not so pro-market as to think that developing a digital surveillance corporate society is acceptable just because someone wants to cash out on their property. Externalizing societal and environmental costs is currently a failing in a lot of ancap theory, at least from an actually practical standpoint.

Anyone with a job added to the population would exponentially increase the town’s overall economy

Quincy, Washington has a population of around 7000.
They currently have 27 data centers.
They are located on the Columbia River beside a hydroelectric damn.
Their local politicians also negotiated stout property and sales tax from corporations.
There's a lot of details that distinguish Quincy Washington from the run of the mill rural area where local politicians are signing NDAs to keep from disclosing that their deal isn't anything like Quincy's.
The devil is always in the details with all corporations that leave a big environmental / resource footprint. Good or bad simply comes down to how well the local politicians actually protect the long term interests of the community instead of prioritizing fast cash grabs for them and their buddies.
Want people to warm up to data centers. Lose all the NDAs and show how the deal your 're making is somewhere along the lines of the one Quincy Washington negotiated.

I know little about ANCAP theory but it would seem to necessarily go hand in hand with getting rid of limited liability for corporations completely and only work as well as impartial courts enforce that liability.

That part of Washington is also "badlands." Not much else you can do with the land out there.

You would be correct, and I think that fact would basically eliminate shareholder capitalism and become something else entirely.

I don’t get the hate for data centers. The country who wins the AI race will control the world. It’s the modern version of the industrial boom and those cities who adapt are going to thrive.
