The snipping tool is a game changer very under utilized. Super easy to add basic markups with shapes or lines.
If you sit on Teams calls all day, really easy to grab slides from whoever is sharing.
You can also snip videos of your desktop. So if you have to show someone how to navigate or do something, it makes it really easy (just be aware of file size for emails).
I assume everyone know this, but didn’t see it yet. Ctrl+f will pull up a keyword search in just about any program, browser, document, etc.

If you are using a Mac, Control/Shift/4 gives you a screenshot as well.

Not so much a keyboard shortcut but double click the small box in the bottom corner of an excel cell to fill in formulas to the bottom of the table instead of having to drag for thousands of cells

Thank you kind sir. Did not know this but is something I will be able to use on a daily basis.

Windows Key + V.. Instead of only pasting the last thing you copied it shows a history of copied items. It allows you to reuse links on a regular basis.
Ctrl + Backspace deletes an entire word instead of one character

Also add in Alt+N+T to make that newly resized cell selection a formatted table.
My submission is Alt+Tab to quickly flip between/flip through open windows/programs. Will also show all open windows so you can select any of them quickly.

Screenshots all get dumped in Screenshots folder. Really handy when taking computer based trainings with tests at the end.
