there aren't any rumors of any actual sexual misconduct.
Then what are the police investigating?

He isn't very well liked by many over there, and a lot of parents have had issues with how he handles certain things for some time now.
Hell yeah arrest him then

What kind of inappropriate conduct with minors is not sexual?
Just violence? Corporal punishment? Harsh words?

Shay Kleinpeter. Dean of students (male)
I don’t really know him well so I can’t speak to whether I could see him being abusive in his disciplinary style.
Thankfully, my kid was not a problem child.
Hopefully this is all just BS.

Was it worth the private school tuition?
Jesus Christ what a waste of money

This is definitely parent driven
These moms that don’t work don’t like when someone has to correct their offspring that can’t behave

100% a vendetta, started by a pain in the arse group of moms. They went to their priest or Cannonical minister and griped about him. I’ve been through a situation like this at a Catholic elementary school. The ones who cozy up to the Cannonical Mimister are the trouble makers who want to run the school.

That’s exactly what is happening here.
Like I said, very few parents like the guy, but that’s not a reason to ruin his life by doing this, which is what just happened regardless if he did something illegal or not.

the allegations I've heard are pretty awful. If true, he will be in jail soon.

We have heard similar things, and I am praying they aren’t true.

There are more than 3 males on staff BTW I'm counting 8 on the website More likely suspects - athletic director, several maintenance guys, and a math teacher
I remember my male teachers and coaches. They were by far my favorite teachers. My coaches had more influence on me than any other staff members. Seeing stuff like this I understand why men don’t want to teach or coach now, lol. Assumed suspicious for being at the school.

This is kind of a chicken shite comment, but whatever. lol

It sounds like BRPD doesn’t have enough evidence to make an arrest. Why does the diocese need to hire a retired cop to investigate? Something doesn’t add up here.
Posted on 5/21/26 at 8:46 pm to Kramer26
That’s what I don’t get? If it’s a legal issue the police handle the investigation. Not much else to do.

The diocese does that now for any allegations to make sure that the HR side of the investigation doesn’t overlook any potential criminal behavior and provides validity to the internal review.

Basically I'm going to hire my own brothers to investigate and give me third party validation no shite happened right?

Not at all. The practice is very common in HR matters to have an outside agency review and question the process.
