To expand on this, the email clearly states it was investigated by law enforcement and the diocese. No improprieties were found. It also states that the individual who filed the police report has no children that attend(ed) Mercy.
Disciplinarian might be a cork sucker, but he ain't a kid fiddler. I hope he has the stones to pursue legal action against the accuser.

If a kid wants to go around bullying another kid and spreading rumors about him, and the bullied kid gets the courage to beat his bullies arse to a pulp, then justice was served in the court of how 12 year old boys should handle situations.
It’s not just the instance you referenced. The complaints started 2 years ago or more. Emails to the principal were ignored.
