A few years ago a guy lived near the parade route and women were using a bush next to his house to piss behind a lot.

I was working in New Orleans in 2015, we were on the west side of Canal st. on Rampart, middle of the day a lady stops in front of one of the tall buildings and squats and pisses everywhere. You see some crazy things down there.
