Did you have to modify any activities?

Not really. I was never a heavy weight lifter, but became more conscientious of not pushing my limits. I still lift light to tone. I increased my running for years after. I'm slowing down now, but it's age and nothing to do with hernia surgery.

A) not familiar with umbilical approach. I had bilateral repairs at separate times. One with mesh. One without.
B) I drove a short distance the following day, but that wasn't very bright. Didn't need pain meds after first day. Walking within 3 days and back to work. My work didn't involve any labor and mostly at desk. Increased walking to light running and did 10k about 6weeks out.
C)Doing both at same time might slow recovery a little, but would be my choice. Recovery time will also be effected by how large the hernias are. Mine was small to moderate in one side and very small on other. Don't recall much difference in recovery. Both were done over 20 years ago and haven't had issues since.
a lot of OT 10s going after those Amazon box packers.

Probably not what you are referring to, but there was a ton of stairs going up behind the TMC to the Officer's Quarters. I do remember what they called Cardiac Hill at Casey. This was 88/89.

Didn't watch.
If you have to ask, the answer is yes.
I think a lot better of them than all the people that do, but shouldn't.

He didn't do it right.
Robert Fripp deserves to be on the list.

Stay in NOLA the whole time, but in the CBD. Maybe the new Virgin Hotel or the Ace. See the FQ during the day. It's too trashy at night these days. Plenty of CBD dining/bar options in evenings. Drive to BR on Saturday.

If you like Stoli try Russian Standard. I can't tell the difference, but a Russian bartender told me it was superior.

I use GG or Belvedere for all martinis. Tito's if mixing with club soda or Waterloo.

What did she hate about it? I have doubts the long drive and early wake up are worth the effort.

So CBS news finds a young cute doctor fresh out of residency who went to med school in Barbados and without qualification or any evidence runs another Covid panic story based on what she says. Where are the fact checkers when you need them?
I bet her colleagues at TT find her all kind of special.
O's willingness to correct personal and hiring deficiencies give him a huge advantage over Les, but at some point the Administration will no longer deal with him embarrassing the university or paying multimillion dollar buyouts for his hiring blunders.
