Eggshells are being walked on constantly within the Cultural Zeitgeist.

Delaying the inevitable is rarely a wise choice, baws.

Rocking the boat is usually better if you're a raging a-hole.

I was just thinking about how I could be meaner to people. Get along to go along? No, get fricked.

If you have the chance to make a grown man cry please video it and post here. You are on the right track.

I'll take it a step further and say that because people are so afraid of offending anybody, and afraid of being offended, society has turned into a gigantic pussified version of itself. I contend that if people were allowed to offend each other without fear of some bullshite ramifications (which admittedly do exist, even though they should not), some of society's problems would lessen or even disappear.

But we (as a whole) are so fricking worried about offending someone these days that constructive discourse is almost nonexistent. And because of that, people are emboldened to think they can get away with all kinds of dumb shite, because nobody will call them on it. You see it with black people, the trans shite, young people in general, etc.

Simple example: Bullying is a bad thing. But it also benefitted society a little because it taught kids valuable life lessons and toughened them up. Do I think bullying should be allowed in schools? No. But I also recognize that kids are assholes to each other sometimes, and there are lessons to be learned from that.

Not me. I'm constantly rocking the boat at work. My younger co-workers get visibly uncomfortable when I call them on things.

Being an a-hole just for the sake of being an a-hole isn't being genuine, now you're just playing games with people.

Apparently Socrates was a raging a-hole if You read The Apology and even Crito. You have the sense that he had it coming.

If only he would just stop asking fricking questions!!!

People are more unhinged than ever. Most will disagree, but I think Covid and the work from home culture made people forget how to deal with others.

Also our current state of affairs and leadership. Trump is a problem. He embodies hating anyone and everything that doesn’t agree 100% with him. This is reflective of his supporters as well as his non supporters. He’s single handily divided this country and each side has an unjust hate for the other. All it takes is a small trigger to set one or the other off.

It's one side's unhinged and (mostly) unnecessary hatred of Trump that has divided the country.

Excuse my missing tds, but doesn't this more accurately describe leftists perfectly, especially considering yesterday's anniversary?

I know that you meant msm.

Trump is not the problem, it's the irrational behavior of the leftists influenced by msm.

A big problem these days is that everyone wants so badly to be "right" and to be the ones that get to say "I told you so!!"

Its not a productive mindset, and it drives us apart mostly.
