Triggers my wife to the limit. It triggers me that it takes so long to get on and off planes because of the utter lack of awareness and common sense, so I understand the phenomenon even though I understand my wife's issue with it.

Yep. I always sit on the aisle and spring up the very second we hit the gate. It's far and away my biggest travel pet peeve (though I'm not totally sure why). No one is getting past me.

yeah cause frickers from India are just rich as hell. "Self respecting"..please, his relatives probably run phone scams out of a motel. And yeah, the fake fricking gold left discolorations.

People have died in plane crashes because idiots at the front grabbed their overhead luggage before escaping.

People are stupid and selfish.

Again, totally acceptable in this scenario.

Nah

Pay for a seat in the front or get off later.

Someone you are jumping over might be in the same scenario.

Airlines should just refuse to board these people on their second flights.

Once the hat is on, it stays on. Nothing worse than matted hat hair. Maybe you bald boomers don’t have as much to worry about on that end.

A public airplane isn’t a 5 star restaurant baw. I will keep my hat on and even take my dick out if I please. It’s not a formal setting.

I was forced to do this recently. My flight arrived late and I had a connection to make. Even though I was totally justified, I felt like a tremendous a-hole.

Yes. I fly a lot, used to see it predominantly in South America. Now it’s every time I fly.

Maybe it’s because I fly SW often, but people have been jumping up and rushing the door on flights for as long as I can remember. This isn’t anything new on domestic flights IME.

I mean the moment the plane came to a full stop, people would jump up start pulling bags from overhead bins and charging to the door. Then they’d stand there for 10 minutes waiting. It really was comical. They didn’t get off the plane any faster due to their actions.

No, he was 20 something with a sparse beard, PFG shirt, and a flat bill cap.

I’m GenX with a head full of hair which is why maybe I don’t understand males over the age of 12 wearing a cap.

That may be and you do you but the rest of the civilized world thinks you are trashy. Men should not wear caps indoors for any reason, hat hair or no.

This isn’t a trend. It’s been happening since the dawn of commercial flight.
