People who drive in the rain with their hazard flashers on should be flayed.

Oh, and it's illegal.
That is all.
That is all.

It's more annoying that it stops your break lights from working on a lot of vehicles.

All depends on the rain. For a regular rain, absolutely. However, rule of thumb is when your wipers can't keep up with the rain when they are full speed hazards lights are recommended.

I saw someone doing that yesterday at 6:30 in the morning. It was barely raining. It was dark and they were moving slow so I thought they were stopped in the right lane when I was coming up on them. It's really dangerous. You have tail lights already on so people can see you, dumbasses.

This! Plus it keeps everyone aware and in check. SLOW DOWN!

No
No
They are not recommended while you are driving. Ever.
Everyone on the road knows it’s fricking raining.

Posting online while driving in a torrential rain is probably many orders of magnitude worse.

Or…. If YOU feel like YOU can’t drive safely, YOU can pull over to the side of the road and sit there. With your flashers on.
On the side of the road. While stopped. Like the little girl you are.

Absolutely false. If you feel hazard lights are necessary, you should safely exit the road and wait until you’re comfortable to drive.

I'm not a little girl so I don't pull over. I'm also not an arrogant prick so I put my flashers on for others safety. They don't help me drive better they are for others.

Is this why it’s against the law to drive with them on?

This is the only correct answer.

This Board cracks me up!
Driving 100 mph on the Interstate? Don't worry about what others are doing and get in the slow lane.
Driving with flashers in a rain storm? Follow the law jackass!

It's rule of thumb. Not from a specific person.

It's fricking dangerous. Nobody knows if you are stopped on the roadway or if you are just an idiot driving with their hazards on.
