Regretting the decision
Really goes back to the age old question of "nature vs nurture" and whether its a choice. With so many people "transitioning" these days, this is a video that needs to be seen This person has lots of insight and understanding on the issue. I think there will be more regret in the future.

Not really an appropriate metaphor. Babies are either male or female humans. As far as I know horse is not the third potential outcome when sperm meets egg.
ETA: Wait, does Sarah Jessica Parker have any kids? If so I may need to retract.

There is definitely a small segment with an agenda trying to normalize it and push impressionable individuals going through a rough hormonal time anyway that something is wrong with them
