I might have a job offer out in Pasadena california.
Anyone has been out there.

Ideas for toting 2 notes, because I will still have my house back here.
Before everyone ask, my house is not in shape to be rented and it is not paid for.

Also, my opportunities to get back into this field are slimming up everyday.

It is a 10 Month Contract, I might have to live out of a van or split a room.

Living in a van in Pasadena is still miles better than living in a mansion anywhere in Louisiana

Buddy, I had to read this about 8 times before I understood it.

If your job opportunities where you are aren't very promising, and you don't have family tying you down - then take the job.

Assuming per diem, just get a camper and stay at a campground. Pocket $1500 in per diem a month.

I went to the BCSNG in 2014. Had a blast and it is beautiful out there. I hope you are an OT baller though, because that was one expensive arse trip.

If you don't have any family commitments, I say go for it.

I don't see why everyone doesn't move around before settling down to explore the country.

Girls from Pasadena, I don't know, just always seemed a little bit nicer.

Pasadena’s nice, and a bonus for you if you move there is that LSU will be playing UCLA there in approximately 19 months from now (2021 season opener).. and possibly sooner if we make the playoff again next season, which will be in the Rose Bowl.

I went to the 2009/2010 Rose Bowl out there, so obviously I'm an expert. I enjoyed the area, and it seemed like a decent place to live. Traffic was god awful though.

if rose gardens and all the access to big city living you could ever want, but the safety and suburban of a small clean city is what you desire, all while being surrounded by natural beauty and 72 degree year around weather...

then pasadena might be for you.

Pasadena is a great location. I've got family in Glendora and always loved the area.

Edit: Most of the San Gabriel Valley is pretty nice in my experience.
