Panic attack is something that I always thought happened to weak minded people. I know thy feel sick but how much of it is mental?

Alcohol affects different people in different ways. It’s a depressant and really it holds little to no value outside maybe some red wine in limited quantities. Some people need to stay away from it.

When I was 11 y/o, I had my one & only panic attack. I was irrationally convinced that if I fell alseep, I was never gonna wake-up & would die. I was absolutely certain of this, for some unknown reason. Went into my parents' room, asked if I could sleep with them. They reassured me I wasn't gonna die. Woke up fine the next morning and haven't had a panic like that ever since. So weird.

Been there and they are real. What helped me was understanding what they are and what can cause them.

I also speak about it too. Humans are typically scared of the unknown. I lost weight and cut my drinking and majority of my anxiety went away.

Anything that makes me feel like shite I try to cut out of my life. When I eat too much bad food I feel awful. When I drink too much I feel bad. So I exercise a lot now and eat better. I’ve lost weight and this has overall helped me. I’m trying to live clean. If that makes me weak minded that’s fine, but I’m in better shape now than I was in my younger days.

So you’re a dumbass and the anxiety is your own fault. Got it.

I got put on buspiron for something muscular and unrelated to anxiety. I recently stopped it and I realize just how much it was affecting me.

I have thousands of those and Vistaril that I never took. I canceled those prescriptions. Every once in a while, I can’t sleep from my Seroquel, I’ll take 1/2 buspar.

I almost had one today.

The worst ever was one time after smoking too much weed. Which I was a heavy smoker at the time but it just came out of nowhere. I thought I was having a stroke.

I don’t believe you’re from Oakdale. I dated Mayor Mowad’s daughter. He didn’t particularly like that.

But you know me. I don’t give a frick.

Do you even PreCheck bro? But seriously I hope you get you some medicine for that. Maybe try taking a quarter of a real deal gummy about 30 minutes before arriving at the a-port
