We need commonsense NPZ's (No Panhandle Zone) They should be forbidden from any areas were real people are working.

If I could prove it I would but my friend did call the police and report it, not that that helps.

Who is talking about land lines? The FCC program began before Reagan. The cell phones started in 2008 under Obama. You and I are paying for it.

All over the major intersections in Lafayette too. I was in NOLA last week and saw zero. Guess they are moving west.
