I know 3 Pakistani guys in Houston area and all moved here after age of 12. Two are really cool and the other is a horrible person.

What you pointed out are well established exceptions to the 1st amendment and these are not the same thing as what this dude said on this social media interview. What I'm talking about is speech that I may find offensive and disagree with, but recognize that in a free society, folks are entitled to their opinions.
And yes, that speech may have consequences, but you still 100% have the right to say it.

Right, but prohibited speech is limited to, Defamation, fraud, perjury, obscenity, and "True Threats & Incitement".
Now, one might argue that "Death to America" is a threat or incitement, but in this case is it a TRUE threat or incitement. It seemed pretty half hearted to me.
