Can’t understand a word he says when he talks. But everything comes in crystal clear when he sings.

Well shite, the Parkinson's might vibrate him in the opposite direction as the drugs and he just end up talking and moving normally.

No real need to diagnose early parkinsons.

It has the same presentation as non-essential tremors anyway and there isnt much need for treatment if it isnt harming quality of life

Could the drug history have suppressed the onset of the more severe symptoms (the pain he's feeling now)?
