Brad = Night Ranger Brad Gillis. I thought he was the first replacement for Randy Rhoads. I think the City Park gig was not long after the plane crash....maybe weeks.

He’s been shaking for 20 years at least. I remember on the MTV show he appeared to have advanced Parkinson’s back then.
