I didn't watch. Did the plea lessen the charges and prison time he was facing? If not he had some bad lawyers

Watch the interview. Righteous indignation doesn't do it justice

Can't say that I know. I imagine it started as something like Theron's name popping up on a google search, and some one deciding to look into his post history from there then reporting it to the website. No telling who really knows these things though. I just remember seeing the link to the article on that small site posted here before it really blew up. Don't remember the name of the site, but it was a very small I believe local Arkansas web publication. Shortly after that all of geauxjudge's posts here disappeared.

Like I said, I didn't watch the whole interview.

But he didn't say what his initial options were, and I don't think that is public knowledge.

He was emphatic in today's interview that if he could do it over, he would not having taken this plea deal.

Was it Blue Hog Report? They have a lot of screen shots of his posts. I don't remember if they were the first to blow it up though. But it sounds like they were.

While some here might consider it a character flaw, I must admit that I have at least one friend who considers himself an LSU fan. Recently, he sent me a screenshot from an LSU message board — TigerDroppings.com — and asked, “Assuming the poster in this screenshot is actually a judge, (a) isn’t his posting this a pretty big deal and (b) think you can figure out who he is?”

Yes, that sounds right. I'm pretty sure that's the first place that broke it. At least it was the first place that I saw it.

I've had friends and family tell me they think I will run for office one day and I just smile politely and think of my post history

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they were the first ones to report about it and discover his identity. Why? Because they also showed the posts being deleted: LINK

And they have a lot of screenshots. They went through and got a lot of screenshots before things got deleted.

There's a hall of fame OT post from a gal that was on the judicial review panel having to explain to the room what PIHHB meant.

Should've bookmarked.

Why was the adoption done in Arkansas?

some states allow more closed processes

I just read a lot of what he said in his posts. Nothing and nobody was sacred, himself included. It seems like most of what he said was for his own entertainment or just playing the game.

If you are inside, you don't think twice about it. An outsider may take offense.
