Our Parvo Pups - One Year Later

It has been exactly one year since we adopted some of the abandoned Pups rescued by TDCline and his wife. Unfortunately not all of the original 8 puppies survived, but our 2 are doing wonderfully.
Stella shows quite a bit of her American Fox hound lineage. She's tall and barrel chested and loves to bark. She's a big ball of energy and loves to play with our children. She will go absolutely off the rails if she sees us with a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos, her favorite guilty pleasure.
Pudge has the looks of her German Shepherd and Labrador Retriever Grandparents. She is a quiet and an extremely sweet dog. She fully believes that she is still a lap puppy, even at 75 lbs.
The pics are all of them being lazy pups, any attempts at action shots came out blurry.
I hope the other surviving sisters and brother are all doing as well as they are. Thanks again TDCline and fam.

You can if you use the cheat code.
press the shift key 13 times, backspace key 4 times, hold down the 6 number key while pressing the H key 7 times, release the 6 key and hold down the space bar for 38 seconds.
After this you should be able to give unlimited upvotes. The downvote code is something else altogether.

You and your family did a fine job.
Your pups will serve y'all many years in companionship.

Still have an original Xbox360 I see. You're one of the lucky ones who didn't get the RROD.

They look like some lovable arse holes.
I constantly bitch about the stupid shite my dogs do but I couldnt imagine life without them. Dogs are the best. You're a good man for adopting.

Kudos to you for taking them in.
Hopefully, you are enjoying them and have inspired others to do the same.
We've rescued parvo puppies, too, and the ones we had, have made it,too. Took a bit of TLC for a while, but they recovered, and frankly have gotten fatter than they should be. LoL.

I remember them. Beautiful dogs. Awesome job. Inspirational.
Reminds me of a favorite prayer.
"Lord, make us the people our dogs think we are."
He certainly has done that for you and your family.

Logged in to upvote you. I got a hound pup out of the pound about 11 years ago. About two days in he was sick, vet said parvo. Several hundred dollars later, he’s better, vet said he would probably be 10-15% smaller than he would have been. Buddy is laying on his bed in the corner of the living room, all 97 pounds of him.

That dog would have been awake for any game besides one with ND in it.
Great to hear the dogs are doing good though man.
