They certainly have came a long way in the past 12 months. Below is one of the pics from the original post. I think Stella and Pudge were curled up together even then.

Good looking dogs. I bought my little girl a puppy at 4 and he still growls at me every morning when I come wake her up. He's so protective over her. Dogs are awesome creatures.

Lovable assholes are excellent description of our girls, especially Stella. One of their less than exemplary moments, Pudge saw the wash tub and had to be dragged out of her hidey-hole.

I remember this thread well and am very happy to see that you have given them a fine life. Those pups have grown up to be beautiful dogs. I particularly like the foxhound!

It’s been a fun 12 months, Stella’s tan coat has gotten progressively darker throughout the year.
