Dude's a total beta. I find the whole "beta" thing pretty dumb, but it seems accurate to describe him as that.

As soon as he confesses, take him outside and shoot him.
It's that easy. No need for any of this shite. It's clear cut. Cuff him, bring him outside, and put him down like a bad dog.

I wouldn't call psychopathy mental illness I see it as the clinical term for "evil"
Well individuals with something like "Antisocial Personality Disorder" technically have a mental disorder; however, personality disorders in general, but especially APD, are harder to treat due to the stability of one's personality and the global nature of a personality (i.e., pattern of behaviors, thoughts, feelings, etc across setting). Even the diagnostic manual (DSM) treated them differently until the most recent version.
Basically, although individuals like Ted Bundy probably had a "mental disorder" it just describes the extreme abnormality (e.g., disregard for morals, norms, basic human feelings like remorse for actions, etc) and the negative impact of their personality. It is an attempt to understand and categorize "evil," not to excuse it.

Ted bundy is a great example of someone who is just evil
Sure you can see a connection between his victims and his ex and the situation with his sister (actually his mother)
There's an anecdote from his aunt that she woke up from a nap and a very young ted bundy was just staring at her and she noticed he'd placed knives all around her
Probably not true but it gives me the creeps

Dad should've given the son 3K to payback his debt

Wut? That seems off. It makes sense why his parents cut him off. He had a habit for spending beyond his (his parents) means.

DUNCAN — University of Oklahoma freshman Alan J. Hruby had come to like the finer things in life — flying first class, vacationing in Paris, high-end watches and staying at The Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Understatement of the year.....
quote:
He has been on probation since pleading guilty in January to fraudulently using a credit card.
He was charged in August 2013 after his father discovered he had obtained a credit card in his grandmother’s name without her knowledge. Police said he spent $4,891 with the credit card on a trip to Europe, specifically Paris.
The district attorney said Alan Hruby assaulted his mother two years ago over money.
Court records show Duncan police had been investigating Alan Hruby since August because of evidence he had forged checks totaling $17,500. Police suspected he stole the checks from a friend of his grandmother.
